My name is Janet I am 24 years old. I am a LPN I work in long term care I work 12 hour shifts so I spend alot of time on my feet. Still I don't seem to lose weight this website was given to me by a lady that goes to my church I was really excited to see that there is also an iPhone app! I am hoping that this helps me reach my goals.
