Do you like shorter or longer cardio workouts???

I personally prefer 20-40mins of CRAZY intense workout (I like to burn 120+ calories/per 10min)...... this will be like doing insanity, or turbo fire HIIT, or sprinting-running intervals.....
What about you guys?? Would you rather workout for longer at a moderate intensity or shorter with high intensity??

Depends on my energy level. If I'm really not feeling it I stay for a longer time at a lower intensity to get as many calories burned as I can, but If I'm having a positive, not so drained from work kind of day... I love high intensity. I try to be careful because I have a heart murmur, and it tends to start doing it's weird rhythm thing if I over work my heart.. But ya.
I like to street run better than the gym, hurts my *kitten* more

Depends on the workout that I am doing. If its zumba I like to to take my time cause its fun, If i'm running I like to take my time cause it is relaxing and mind clearing for me. If its Taebo I like to work my hardest and burn as much as soon as I can.. not my fav. workout... same with the elliptical I put it on full and go go go to get it over with LOL0

Ill rather do 45-60 minutes two times a week then a 30 minute walk every other day cuz its the moooooost boring thing ever!0
