Lose 1st 12lbs in three months...

Since February, my aim has been to get from 14st 4.5lbs to 10st by the end of the year. I was doing really well at first, but these past three months have been SUPER slow, so it’s going to be hard to lose the remaining 1st 12lbs. But I think if I work hard enough, it’s achievable by the end of the year, surely? I’ve worked out that I’ll have to lose 2lbs a week as of now, to hit my target weight. Maybe I’m aiming too high? Especially when your weightloss starts to slow down the more you lose... but I’m going to give it my all. Wish me luck guys, & feel free to send me a friend request to follow my journey! 😁
