I am hoping to lose 10-15lbs. Trying to eat healthier and joined a gym today which brought me here. I want more body confidence! So making a few adjustments. Could use some friends/support/motivation & accountability. Feel free to add me. We can reach our goals together (:

    I am officially joining tomorrow but have been logging over the last few days. I need to seriously drop some weight and found other diets too restrictive so am giving calorie counting a go! I've done numerous calculations and all say different on what I should be having, so starting with 1400 for my first week and going from there. Would be amazing if you could add me too! We got this! :)
