Hello everyone,
I'm just starting this out. My overall goal is to be healthier in general, get a steady exercise regimen, and eventually lose about 90 lbs. I'm starting with a 20 lbs goal and will see where I can get from there!

Hi welcome to MFP hope it helps you reach your goal like you I started out setting a smaller goal of 20lbs and also would like to loose about8 80-90lbs in all this site has helped me so much i've already lost 25lbs feel free to add me for support0
