Hi all, I've been using the app for 4 weeks now to help maintain focus on a healthy, calorie controlled diet. I've increased my gym activity (around work and family life) and have lost 1st 4lbs in the 4 weeks.

Still plenty to lose. My goal was 2st 10lb loss.

Now that I have had that initial weight loss I think joining the community will help maintain my focus in those weeks where the lbs don't seem to move.

I enjoy to chat about achievement of mutual goals, and life in general. Happy to take friend requests with a view to maintaining that focus
