    I love to dance. Finding dance classes which I enjoy definitely works for me. I'm so glad Zumba is still popular!

    I weigh myself only at the gym. I like to see my progress. This doesn't work for everyone (a few pound fluctuations from day to day don't bother me).

    I love to strength train. I love doing certain exercises (bicep curls, deadlifts). Others I do just to keep things balanced. But I love seeing my physical form as I work those muscles. Even when certain parts are covered in a layer of fat ;)
