Taught multiple exercise classes today, should I increase my calorie intake?

                    I am wondering if I am eating enough calories for what I do everyday. I am a group fitness instructor, and I have my activity level set to “active “. Most days, I reach my 10,000 step goal just from teaching.
But some days, like today, I only teach Spin classes. When I teach my Spin classes, I only get to around 7000 steps for the day. Obviously during spin class, you are not walking around a bunch, you are just on the bike.
Today I taught three 45 minute spin classes and one weightlifting class. Burned 300-400 cals during each Spin.
Without logging any exercise, I am supposed to eat 1600 cal every day to lose 1.5 pounds per week. Do you think I should add my spin calories, or at least some of them, to my day today - even if I only got 7000 steps?

            Yes, even though you are ‘active’ because of your job, you did extra so eat more.
 MFP’s activity level isn’t based solely on steps, it’s just a mild correlation. Your spin classes, accounted for as a job, inc in activity level, more than make up the lack of steps.
 Do keep an eye on your rate of loss. 1.5 lbs is suitable for having 50-75lbs to lose. If you are losing faster than that, or get below the 50lbs range adjust your cals.

            You are really asking "should I use the tool I selected in the way it was designed to be used?".
 Why don't you eat back exercise calories? Especially if your routine is variable.
 That is more than likely a too rapid rate of weight loss for someone who not only wants to do a lot of exercise but needs to do a lot of exercise due to your job.4
