Hello everyone, so I have heard rave reviews about this site and have decided to try it. After a year(so far) of trying various diets and excersise regimes this is my last resort.
I want to be back to my ideal weight and start feeling and looking more healthy!
Any tips and advice on excersise and food would be much appreciated.
I generally would eat quite healthy, but I suppose I get a bit bored of eating the same thing everyday, I mostly start off with a porridge or smoothie, for lunch a salad , with a chicken breast or fish, and dinner usually a stirfry or something low fat but still usually chicken or fish.i would say I would eat red meat, like a sirloin steak, once a week. So any suggestions on a meal plan would be great! I want to lose 4 stone by december. I know it will be hard but I think losing roughly a stone a month can be done!I am currently at 14 stone 6 and I am 5"6. I am aiming to eat 1000 calories per day and I excersise 4 times a week for an hour. Is this good to start off with?

Welcome. Happy to be an online buddy to help you on your way. Would agree with last post and say better to go slow and steady and create something you can maintain than go for something really gruelling that you may find harder to stick with. Even a steady 2lb a week means you will be 2 stone lighter by xmas0
