    Congrats on the 38 lb loss! You are doing great! Look at those collarbones coming in!! :) Slimmer face too. Keep going... you got this!! You'll be so glad you made the changes.

    I have tried many different diets and eating plans over the years but none of them have been as effective as this. Love it.
