My mini success story 
Started with 20 lbs to lose in may, not as much as many people but to get me healthy.
Today hit the 14lb loss 1 stone sounds really good and motivational, for me anyway.
MFP is amazing and I would not have got this far without it, advice to any newbies, it really pays off.
