Goal Reached. Now what to do from here...?

This morning, after about 5 months of this FitnessPal and some serious workout time, I reached my goal. It's a great feeling to be so much lighter then I was at the beginning of the year. I seriously doubted that I could make it.

Now I have been doing Insanity for almost a week and a half. Today actually would be that point - and it's tough to say if it's really working for me or not at this point, but I find that I get worse and worse at keeping up with the workout every morning.

I am a huge fan of biking, but yesterday morning, my front tire, for no reason other then pressure, deflated. Now I have to get it fixed somewhere and in the mean time, figure out another way to burn a bunch of calories. Usually I'm good to bur about 500+ on a single ride, and still not commit all afternoon to the workout.

So I need some suggestions. What workouts have worked for you that have shown toning improvements? Next summer, I want to have some definition and be less self-concious about my body. I haven't gone swimming in a public forum (especially with friends) in about 4 years - and that needs to change during the summer of 2012.

Help me out - any advice is better then if you say nothing.

Cheers!

Have you tried adding any weight training into your plan? You don't need to go to the gym. You can use free weights that can be purchased for reasonable prices, weight bands, or even filling gallon jugs with liquid or sand to get to your desired weight. Weight training will help with the toning and sculpting.

RUN!!! I started running--"jogging" this summer. It has changed my life and my body. Start slow and work your way up. I couldn't run a block in June...I'm now up to 4 miles without stopping to walk!!! I'm a crabby mess when I can't get a run in!!! I'm down 46 pounds to....LOVE IT!!!

Yoga is great for toning. Try Jillian Michaels' video "Yoga meltdown." it's a hybrid form of yoga that involves more movement than regular yoga.
I also like Jillian Michaels' video "30 day shred." It's very hard if you do more than 1 workout (each workout is 20 minutes long). All you need are handweights. You can find both videos on Amazon.com for about $8 each.
    Good luck!

First off, go buy a tube and fix your bike. Nothing difficult about how to do this and should not take more than 10 minutes. If your looking for something easy to do that won't cost you anything go running and work in some cross fit. There is likely a park nearby, go run a bit 1/2 - 1 mile depending on fitness. Stop do some push-ups, crunches, dips, etc. Run again and stop, do some more cross fit stuff. I do step ups on a park bench or if their is a picnic table nearby just up and over it turn around and repeat. Then run again and keep repeating for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
