Hey everyone,

I need some help finding coupons in order to save money so I can buy healthier things! I look through the flyers sent to me, and use coupons.com but was wondering if anyone knew any other good sites for coupons?

Thanks!

That is very helpful information. I keep trying to get into coupons.
  • I too am a fan of southernsavers.com : Jenny does all the coupon matchups for you, but bear in mind that coupon inserts vary by region, and it has become increasingly common for me not to have the coupons she lists. She (and other coupon bloggers) will also post freebie offers, which require you to pony up your contact info, either via a mailing form or Facebook. The free samples usually arrive with high-dollar coupons.

For organic or natural foods, go to mambosprouts.com , which has printable coupons (which my local stores don't accept), as well as coupon booklets that they'll send you. The latter are also stocked by many natural foods stores, but ymmv.
