Did some shopping with sis last night. Got some clothes that fit now. From 3x shirts to mediums/larges and 54 or higher waist (cant remember my highest. Could be close to 60!) To 34s!

Wow, amazing! Now on to maintaining! Looking forward to your post in 15 months on how you stayed at the weight you are now! Really impressive! Maybe share how you got here, so that others learn from your success?2

Well this is how I did it. I stayed right around 1700 calories. A little higher is fine. Some say hey! That's not very much! Well it's not. But if you fill up on veggies you can have quite a lot of food! Broccoli and asparagus are my best friends. Grilled chicken every day. About 10oz of chicken at a time but as I lost i lowered it to around 5 or 6 per serving.
I use to eat thos healthy choice frozen meals at lunch every day. There pretty good. But as I lost more and more weight I eventually stopped eating them as they are high in sodium. About my last 50 pounds I have started watching my carb intake as well. I try and stay at 20 net grams a day. It's hard to do and I fail a lot. But thats not the point. It's ok to fail. But I get back on the horse and get back at it. Dont let bad days turn into weeks or your just spinning your wheels. You will fail! It's ok. Just pick your *kitten* back up and get back at it. CONSISTENCY is the key folks.
Now onto the excersise. You dont have to do it but it helps speed things up plus you will just look better and feel better. I started riding a stationary bike almost every day. I own a peloton so I'm in a facebook group that does challenges and keeps me accountable. Really really helps. I also ride a bike outside as well. I walk every day. Walk my dog. Take picture's. Whatever it takes to get outside. About 2 months ago I started jogging and doing steps. Yet another way to help get into shape. Even took up hiking.
You must find something you enjoy to keep you motivated. People will knock you off track. Your circle of friends may get smaller. That's ok.33 -
