Why can I not count my steps with MFP?
Everytime I go onto the steps it says
Unable to connect with the server.
What a. I doing wrong, or not doing??

    What have you done to configure the step tracking if anything so far? Have you gone through the steps to Add a Device?

    Are you using a device that syncs to My Fitness Pal? Look in the APPS menu above. There are known syncing issues, sometimes you need to disconnect and then reconnect.

    To manually add steps you have 2 options - change your activity level to reflect your steps (see chart below) or log exercise. The problem with logging exercise is you don't want to log 100% of steps, or you will be double counting some. You already get credit for some steps.

    You should take at least 10,000 steps a day to maintain good health.
