Crossfit - Cindy

Just tried this yesterday. 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 body weight squats is a set. Goal is to get as many sets complete in 20 minutes.
For those who just hit the gym - this is a legit calorie burner on off days. I knocked out 15, but was sweating like Shaq at the free-throw line and out of breath. It's not so much strength as it is cardio that makes it tough.
I think I'll throw in a do-at-home Crossfit workout a couple times a week. Any other good workouts? Official Crossfit or individually made...doesn't matter to me.
Probably gonna try Angie later this week. 100 pull-ups, push-ups, squats, and sit-ups I believe.

I only workout at home. I did the gym thing in the past and never got my money's worth out of it. Since I don't feel like typing in my current program again I will just give the link where I posted it on my blog. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/rileysowner/view/my-outdoor-mrt-comples-1417380

Thanks...I'd like to join a gym eventually. They're really expensive though. I guess it may be worth it with the trainers and equipment, but still pretty dam expensive.0 -

That was my goal in designing it. I wanted to hit as many muscles as I could in one workout. I had let off this type of workout for a several weeks while doing different exercise. I decided to get back into it last Thursday with this workout, and I have done it twice now, and my muscles still feel it. I will be hitting it again a little later today.0
