Last 350 calories ideas

Hi guys,
I'm trying to stick to my 1200 calorie goal, I'm currently at 900 and starving, my macros are 50 carbs/30 fat and 13 protein, (goal is 50/30/20) what would you recommend for the last 300 while not upsetting my balance, I also worked out today so probably could afford a bit more, looking for high protein but low carbs.
Thanks!

eat exercise calories back, that's how it works now you've got extra calories to work with1

Well, obviously you didn't plan very well on the protein, but it's not going to hurt you to be off for a day here and there.
Add your exercise to the Exercise tab, eat more of whatever you want to eat and tomorrow try to get in a lot more protein.2 -

This. The problem with trying to hit all your macro goals perfectly is that it leads to situations like this and it is not even necessary for weight loss. The macro you want to hit or exceed is protein. The rest do not matter unless your fat runs too low.1 -
I keep cartons of pure egg white on hand for these types of situations. I also keep cooked meat in the freezer in small packages that can be quickly thawed.
I’d make a quick steak omelette.0 -
High protein, low carbs would be eggs, canned tuna, shrimp, chicken, protein shake.
But please make sure 1200 is an appropriate goal for you (it's the absolute minimum, and unnecessarily aggressive for most people) and you don't need to be (and really shouldn't be) starving in order to stay in your calories. And you are expected to log your exercise and eat back at least some of those calories.
Macros are a general guide, you don't need to hit them or even come close every single day.
