    Joining late but 'caught up' doing 180 this morning (120 over 4 sets and finished with a 60 - Whew!) to start Day 5 tomorrow.

    I got my 80 in last night and had to take two pauses - looking forward to rest day to recover and pick it back up on Wednesday!

    This morning’s 90 was pretty tough and I had to take two breaks. Tomorrow is a new day and chance to excel.

    All 100 in a row! I did have to slow down the pace a bit once I got to about 60 but pushed through and did it. So glad yesterday's early tiredness was a fluke.

    Just finished day 1 of squat challenge! Could feel the burn in my thighs and abdomen. Working on perfecting my squats.... :)

    50 squats done today feelin the burn! What day/number of squats would you break it up throughout the day...I'm guessing I may have to start soon!😂😵

    Whew! I took it a little slower today with two pauses at the top but no breaks! One suggestion - I find it's hard to keep good form once you start getting tired so I started doing mine in front of an open doorframe. I slide my hands up/down (just lightly touching the frame) as I'm going through the motion. This way I can avoid leaning forward and letting my knees get in front of my toes. I'll probably take another look at proper form videos on YouTube again to doublecheck how I'm performing. I suspect I'm nearing my max limit though and will probably need to start splitting these up into sets.

    Met Day 12 but accidentally shorted Day 13 by 10 but it’s late so I’ll tack it on tomorrow. Looking forward to my 140+10 in the morning.
