    Tonight I am trying a home made healthy Pizza recipe for me and the guy...Baboli 100% whole wheat thin pizza crust, little EVOO, sliced tomatoes instead of sauce, All the veggies I want, some fresh grated Parm cheese, and a big bowl of fresh salad! yummo!

    Not a particularly healthy one tonight - now if you'd asked me tomorrow or the next day...

    But tonight is Quorn sausages, M&S potato slices in batter and baked beans (570cals)

    It's clean out the fridge day! Making a mixed bean soup now with green beans, carrots, cauliflower, zucchini, tomatoes, parsley, & onions for me, and hubby might get a mu shu chicken type stir fry & green salad.

    We're attempting some form of antipasta...something.

    Grilled chicken, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese seasoned with basil, and I'm lobbying for lightly sauteed 'shrooms. I think we're planning to serve it on ciabatta rolls. Add to that some form of side vegetable and that makes the meal.
