Do you run in a skirt? Which one do you like?

I love the idea of a running skirt, and bought the Athleta version. The skirt part rocks, but whoa - the legs roll up when i run! Can anyone recommend one that doesn't do that? Which one do you wear?

I am going to buy one in a couple of weeks from Skirt Sport ... I am going to buy it without trying it on because I think the XL will be too small but I will fit into it one day ... it has longer legs (like capris) ... the reason i dont wear running shorts (aside from the obvious) is because I find that they ride up ... and my capris dont!0 -
I have just begun to fall in love with my legs & have started wearing them. I swear by Nike skirts. Have you ever done a skirt chaser 5K? I'm going to do my first next year - I hear they're lots of fun!0

I bought one from Gap Body and I LOVE it.0

it's a kilt, not a skirt!
Sorry, couldn't resist....0 -
That's totally my deal, Emma. Those shorts ride up, I do have a skirt with capris - athlete. And I like it. I don't like to wear capris unless its cold, and I prefer shorts/skirt for the treadmill.
Aspeakman: never done a skirt chaser!! LOL!! I'm going to look for one!0 -
Very interested in this....Bump...0

LOVE LOVE LOVE RunningSkirts!!! They have a few different styles...ones with briefs, compression shorts, capris, tights. My fav is the one with compression shorts...they do not roll up!! They are super comfy and super cute!! I am lucky enough that they are based in San Diego, so I can go to the store, but they travel all over and are at most of the major running events around the country. They are also online www.runningskirts.com. Check them out...you will love them!!0

I actually buy the close fitting stretchy skirts from h&m - not designed for sport but they work!0

I wear Lululemon skirts. The bottom hem of the attached shorts have a strip of semi-sticky tape-type stuff, so no riding up! Lululemon is ridiculously expensive but lasts forever. Maybe try some on in the store and then watch eBay if you don't wanna pay full price. Plus, they also come in "tall" lengths if you have long legs or want a little move coverage.
