I see there are a lot of ladies on here, but where are all the blokes?

Not that the ladies haven't been giving me excellent support and encouragement. I'd just like to befriend some guys to get inspiration on diet and exercise.

    Sometimes it seems like it's only women who have "fat days" ;)

    Tomorrow is my first weigh-in since i started using MyFitnessPal...depending on how it goes dictates whether i ever appear on here again.

    If i haven't lost weight i'll be sulking....and eating.
