Just finished todays first workout enjoyed that one got a good sweat going, could feel that heart rate racing. Majority of the body stretched out to feel nice and loose then the workout consisted of press up’s, sit up’s, leg raises, squats, lunges, heel raises for calf’s, some aerobics exercises, front kicks and knee’s and after that a 20 minute meditation. I’ve just started the meditating if anyone has any advice to help me out with it, it would be very much appreciated. There is one thing I was wondering.... is it wise to meditate right after a workout???? Thanks guys!!!!

Oh and also 10 mins shadow boxing.... knew there were something I left out while typing that out lol!!!!0
