Best fiber supplement?

My friend prefers to supplement fiber rather than eat food with fiber. He asked me which brand was the best quality and value. Neither consumerlab or labdoor did any third-party testing on fiber as a supplement. Oddly enough, they did review fiber bars. I can't find any reviews online...can you help?

Not sure its considered a supplement but psylium husk is a good way to add fiber.5

I use a bit of wheat bran when cooking. No flavour I can detect - just eating fish cakes with some bran in it. Very versatile, very cheap - and part of a natural product.0

I use inulin twice a day in drinks to
Boost my fibre intake, tasteless and dissolves well0 -
Yup, ground psyllium is the cheapest and most effective form of fiber supplement, which you can easily add to any drinks or food.0

Psyllium is what I'm looking for. Best brand? Does it matter?0

I get the pill form of psyllium from Costco. It is fairly inexpensive. I tried the powder form and just couldn't tolerate it. To me the powder form gets thick and has a gritty feel to it.1
