Foods that pass through 'easily'

Options
Of course I'm here because I'm living a unhealthy lifestyle but in need/want of a change.
So, what are some foods that are easily passed through? (I'm a bit uneducated with health -imagine that)

Lots of veggies and water seems to help me. Your results might vary.

Pretty much anything high in fibre, but to an extent it depends on what else you're eating too.

I eat a small bowl of All Bran 40% fiber every morning and it works like a charm.

Dried fruit! Prunes, dates, apricots... They're full of fibre.

yup veggies are key! Green Giant makes extra-fiber enriched frozen veggie packs that are delicious &help *ahem* 'pass through'
grapes work as a mild laxative if you eat a lot of them. so does Aloe juice/water.
i also recommend taking a fibre supplement (Fibre One is my favourite)

leafy greens and fiber pass through well. introduce it slowly into your diet or you'll be in pain.

natural fiber works best but I also enjoy fiber one brownies. only 90 calories each and really yummy. its a good way to fix that chocolate craving and get some fiber too ;)
