Of course I'm here because I'm living a unhealthy lifestyle but in need/want of a change.
So, what are some foods that are easily passed through? (I'm a bit uneducated with health -imagine that)

Pretty much anything high in fibre, but to an extent it depends on what else you're eating too.0

I eat a small bowl of All Bran 40% fiber every morning and it works like a charm.0

Dried fruit! Prunes, dates, apricots... They're full of fibre.0

yup veggies are key! Green Giant makes extra-fiber enriched frozen veggie packs that are delicious &help *ahem* 'pass through'
grapes work as a mild laxative if you eat a lot of them. so does Aloe juice/water.
i also recommend taking a fibre supplement (Fibre One is my favourite)

leafy greens and fiber pass through well. introduce it slowly into your diet or you'll be in pain.
natural fiber works best but I also enjoy fiber one brownies. only 90 calories each and really yummy. its a good way to fix that chocolate craving and get some fiber too0
