Need to stay motivated

Have to start working out in the mornings so i can have that special energy to get me through the morning.

    I haven’t worked out if a few years but plan on getting back to a routine. Personally i found that even though it’s tough getting out of bed early to get the work out in it does give me energy to get through my day AND if i work out in the morning i don’t have the rest of the day to talk myself out of it.
