I want to lose 20 lbs

I need to lose weight at least 20 lbs. I am doing exercise daily but I do not get a good results. Is there any easy way to lose weight?

Maintain your recommded calories. Avoid sugars and limit your carbs and increase protein. Weight it monthly.1
