I want to lose 20 lbs

I need to lose weight at least 20 lbs. I am doing exercise daily but I do not get a good results. Is there any easy way to lose weight?

    Maintain your recommded calories. Avoid sugars and limit your carbs and increase protein. Weight it monthly.

    as above. its about what you put in your stomach more than your exercise :)
