I've been dieting now for 2 months and have lost 20 pounds. I workout about 4 times a week for about an hour each time. My weight loss is still continuing anywhere from 1.5 to 2 pounds per work. I'm totally happy with that as I've read and researched that it isn't good for your body to lose weight any faster than that. My question is, I was watching television this weekend and saw a commerical for Women's One A Day Active Metabolism and was wondering if it would help me. I know that after you lose weight some people reach that point where you keep exercising and eating healthier but the scales just won't budge. I was wondering if that would help me to not reach that plateau. Does anyone take this and does it seem to help you in any way? Any pros or cons that I need to consider. Thanks All!

I thought about it, because I definitely want to start taking a multivitamin, but I'm a little turned off by the caffeine and red food dye. So I'm still on the fence. It'd be great to hear if it actually helped someone.
