Quick question

Let’s say I gained 5 pounds on a bulk, could I lose more than 5 pounds after or would I lose the muscle gained ?

    One can gain 5 pounds eating a couple salty meals and drinking a lot of water. One can lose 5 pounds after a couple heavy bowel movements.

    The ideal gain on a bulk of half fat to half muscle is for men.
    Women are closer to 1/3 muscle, 2/3 fat under ideal conditions.

    Otherwise agree with lillymoo01 and annpt77, keep lifting progressively, keep your protein up, and have a small (250 cal) deficit.
