another 10 lbs gone forever...what do ya think? i dont think i see a difference, but i sure as heck feel like it! :drinker: ...total weight loss is 33lbs.

    I see a lot of difference! Congratulations and keep focused. I'm working at losing quite a bit more weight and, from personal experience, staying on track and focused becomes more difficult as time passes.
