Hello I’m 48yrs old CW 371lbs GW 200lbs haves a few health issues .Looking for friends to support and motivate each other.

    39yo, 280-ish starting weight and needing to get my scales from storage . . .I lost the key. I should just buy a new one, but I'm stubborn.

    I'm on a high protein diet and have to count calories also.i agree we all need friends. I had to buy new scales, how depressing
