another newbie :)

I have always been obsessed with my weight. When I was much younger, I always weighed about 20 lbs. more than my friends. In my early twenties, i got up to 190. Around 25, I lost 50 lbs. That was great until I quit smoking and gained 20 lbs. back. So here I am, trying to get healthy, and get to a good comfortable weight. I have lost about 13 lbs in the last 2 months or so, but I am having issues trying to get the last 10 or so lbs off. So I am joining MFP :)
