First things first....

Options
...setting some simple but beneficial goals.

#1 mandatory water consumption daily and log it in
#2 log everything I consume daily
#3 stick to my calorie limit without going over

Going to start with these and each week add one.

Onward to my victory🏅

    #3 - There will be days you will go over. Unexpected dinner with friends or family. Work lunch, etc. Just make sure you get back to it the next day. But don't be so rigid that you absolutely, positively can't go over your calorie goal.

    It will happen occasionally. Don't let it derail you.

    Truth. Life doesn't suddenly stop happening because you have chosen to lose weight. You want to make sure you are flexible enough to deal with the messiness of life and that you don't end up feeling deprived on special occasions. You will also very likely make mistakes.

    Weight loss for me happens around 90 percent of the time. That has been enough to make significant strides to better health. The other 10 percent helps me live life and keep my plan sustainable.
