I just wanted to share that for the last two days, I have drank all the required water and eaten super healthy all day (like 6 times a day which was super scary for me). To my surprise I have lost nearly 4 lbs (in water weight probably, but im still proud). I even lightened up my workout at the gym cuz I was killing myself trying to burn 600 cals at the gym. I am so stoked about what this lifestyle change is going to do for me and my body! Keep up the good work guys, good things comes to those who TRY!!!!
