    Question about your detox:

You have plaiin turkey on their? Is that lunchmeat turkey or turkey breast? And I don't like tomatoes, anything I can have in replace of those for lunch? And for dinner can you have steamed broccoli instead of the other veggies? And with the water, do you just put everything in the water and just let it sit overnight?

You can def replace the green beans with steamed broccoli. anything green. I did lunch meat turkey from the deli, not packaged. I believe it was WAY less sodium. Maybe do carrottts vs tomatoes, or fresh green beans.

Water - yes put everything in and let it sit over night. I never drain it either i just pour water from the pitcher and let the stuff sit in there. the water is very refreshing.

    Hi,

I have been on a detox for the past 7 days, it is only supposed to last 7 days but i have just extended it for a few days as my boyfriends birthday night out is on Friday.

Anyway, in 7 days i have lost 4lbs! It may not seem a lot but i did it the healthy way and by doing at least an hours exercise every day. I feel sooo much better in my own skin, i am no longer bloated and my skin has improved loads.

All i did was follow the below sites rules, no meat, dairy, sugary crap, sauces etc, check it out if your interested

My diary is open to fiends if you want to see what i ate on a daily basis. Good luck with your detox! just think, its only for a few days out of the many years in front of you!

I'm very interested in trying this out!!

Question though.... is there a more generic way to do this detox plan? like xx amount from food group x for breakfast, xx amount from food group x for lunch, etc??? I'm a very picky eater (which is why I have a hard time eating healthy) and would like to be able to pick different foods for some of those selections...

    Thanks!! :-)
