what if "playing with the kids" means sitting in a lawn chair yelling at them to stay out of the street? how many calories does that burn? does waving my arms at them count ?0

My shoveling snow workouts are coming in about 2 more months. Until then, I'll just keep jogging.0

Because I use a HRM when I workout, I actually burn more than any site, even MFP states, and I think that's the best way to go to figure out what you can do to burn however many calories you wish to burn...0 -
