Okay so I know that 4.1 is not a lot of weight in 5 weeks, but I have this 4 lb. dumbbell that I use and when I pick it up, it’s something. That feels good!!!

I remember when I lost the first 10 pounds. It took a long time, and I was complaining to my husband that it didn't seem like a lot. He handed me a 10-pound dumbell and told me to walk around with it for a while. Point taken.2
