All 100 in a row! I did have to slow down the pace a bit once I got to about 60 but pushed through and did it. So glad yesterday's early tiredness was a fluke.0

Just finished day 1 of squat challenge! Could feel the burn in my thighs and abdomen. Working on perfecting my squats....1

Whew! I took it a little slower today with two pauses at the top but no breaks! One suggestion - I find it's hard to keep good form once you start getting tired so I started doing mine in front of an open doorframe. I slide my hands up/down (just lightly touching the frame) as I'm going through the motion. This way I can avoid leaning forward and letting my knees get in front of my toes. I'll probably take another look at proper form videos on YouTube again to doublecheck how I'm performing. I suspect I'm nearing my max limit though and will probably need to start splitting these up into sets.3

Met Day 12 but accidentally shorted Day 13 by 10 but it’s late so I’ll tack it on tomorrow. Looking forward to my 140+10 in the morning.0

I did my 4 sets of 40 yesterday and 50, 40, 40, 40 today ... whew! I'm definitely noticing a difference from when I started - my form is much better and while I definitely feel the last 5 or so, I used to have to pause mid-way through and now I can keep the same pace all the way to the end. I'm very happy (and a bit surprised) with the progress.0

Looks like I missed a few posts but have been doing sets of 40 & 50 combos. I managed to do four sets of 50 but sort of wobbled up the stairs afterwards to grab breakfast. I noticed 220 was missing from the opening image for the 30 day challenge so I've adapted my schedule to hit 300 squats by Day 34 (I missed a few days at the start and had to catch up). After that, I'll probably drop back to something less (100 for 3-4 days/wk) and explore other challenges.0
