Food stacking

Options
I have chronic pancreatitis as well as Type3C diabetes which was caused by trauma to my poor old pancreas.
While on the National Pancreas Association website, it was suggested to do what they call Food Stacking.
I'll try to explain it as best I can, as I understand it.
If you're only allowed to have 20 grams of fat per day(doctor's orders), if you had 20 grams on Monday, then 20g on Tuesday, by Wednesday, you have had 40g of fat that may or may not be still sitting around in your gut.
So I do have an appointment tomorrow with my pancreas specialist, and I will ask him about this.

I was just wondering if anyone else has heard of this, and do you have any anecdotal information to share.
I have been having flare ups since April, and no matter what I do, I'll have a few days pain free, then, bam, a week of pain and diarrhea.
Thanks for any help.

What? That's bamboozled me! My mate Dave is insulin dependent due to pancreatitis that nearly finished him off. I'll ask him over the next couple of days if he has come across this.

Thanks so much. There is so much information and false claims out there, it's hard to sort through things sometimes.

One would think that a professional recommendation for an amount of something would take normal digestion into account, no?

@judyvalentine512 he hasn't come across it - but we are in the UK. The low fat is bang on, 20g being the amount for "average human".

That's part of the problem. Because only 10% of my pancreas is functioning(long story), I have to take digestive enzymes and insulin. I have flare ups of my chronic pancreatitis that can be terribly painful. Since April 23, I have been having flare up off and on 'til now. I see my specialist today, hopefully there is a better solution. I have lost 30 pounds since April 23, which isn't good.
I'm trying to find the best way to deal with this, since it's been getting worse than before.

Well I hope you got some answers and I get why you would reach out for some support but nobody here can give any advice you should take.
