👋 Hi there. Katt from Sydney, Australia here. I have already lost 22kgs over 4 years ago. I have slowly gained back 6kgs over the last 2 years. I’m looking to lose it and for friends whom are also in the same circumstance to share our daily food diaries, exercise and motivate each other. Sometimes the smallest amounts can be hard to lose. Hope to befriend some of you soon 😊 if you feel I’ve also just created an Instagram page katt_newloseit_journey
