whew!!! 200 done.... did some regular & a few "froggy' style....... really feeling it0

i did 60 one legged (its called a pistol) going about a qtr of the way down and t hen 3 going all the way down.. the going all the way down is a little tough and i'm not steady as it is on my feet much less one legged...lol... but a good challenge none the less

My knees hurt but thanks to Crystal_Rudolf doing 210 I had to go back and do more. I got 252, yea I did the one extra twice. Thanks Crystal for the extra push!
