The Great Truth of MFP!

Hello my lovely loves! You know I see all kinds of arguments on MFP… Low carb vs. carb cycling, eat exercise cals or don’t, more water or less, etc etc etc. I don’t know all the answers but I can tell you the greatest truth there is on MFP. That great truth is that you are gorgeous, amazing, sweet, and wonderful. The greatest truth is that you can do this, that you will shatter every goal, and the victory is yours. The greatest truth is that you are a gift to all of us on MFP and you are treasured.
I love you my gorgeous darlins. I am more proud of you than I can put into words.
