Just joined after a few confusing a different program. Well on my weight loss from a high of 225 and now at 175 and targeting 165. Primarily play pickleball for exercise but will be adding a gym soon.

Hi Rodney. Just discovered Pickleball at Lifetime. I have been a tennis, racketball and squash player in the past (too old and heavy now!). How do you like Pickleball? Seems to have been successful in your weight loss but it looked a little “slow” to an observer. Interested to hear how you like it.0
