I’ve met my weight gain goal but now what ? Should I keep eating the same amount of calories or now just eat an amount of calories to maintain my weight while still hitting the gym. I still feel like I want bigger glutes.

Well if you continue eating the same amount of calories you will continue gaining, so unless that is what you want, I wouldn't recommend that. If you want to maintain this weight, then eat at maintenance and keep weight lifting to recomp your body to a better muscle/fat ratio.3

What are your stats? If you are still lean you can definitely gain more. Depending on your weight/bodyfat you can cut down then continue bulking.
If you are at a low but healthy weight you can maintain and recomp.2 -
Now you can experiment with your macros. If you want to gain a little for PR’s maybe in the winter months then up your carbs. If you want to cut up for the summer months then lower your carb intake. Alternatively you could stay with your current macros and then just adjust your cardio more or less depending on how you want to look. The scale should just be a tool to help gauge your progress. The best indicator is the mirror and progress pics!0

Are you lifting weights now? Look at Strong Curves for a weight training program, follow it, it will help with your glutes. Keep you protien intake up, and adjust your total calories as needed to maintain your weight0 -
Without knowing where you are coming from, time-frame, workouts it is pretty hard to give specific advice.
But..you can most definitely have success by keeping your calories where they were on your gain. Just wanting bigger glutes may not require you to eat in excess anymore and you probably can just recomp. You may be the only one to know the answer to this question, obviously monitor your shape closely, keep progressing with your workouts and have fun. You may find in a few months a different part of your body may need attention, this is how my life has looked for about five years now.
