Getting married in 150 Days!

I need to loose 25kg! New to the app and really looking for things to motivate me during the day and keep my mind off bad foods.

    First, there is no such thing as bad foods except for trans fats. Avoid anything with trans fats.
    Have a healthy relationship with food.
    Eat an oreo if you want one. Just make sure you log it.
    Stay within your calories and be consistent and you will lose weight.
    Focus on protein to feel fuller.
    Eat your veggies.

    @Artifus welcome to MFP! I lost 70lbs (31kgs) in ~7 months in preparation for my wedding last year. You can do it! Keep your focus on calories in vs. calories out. There aren't really "bad" foods, but there certainly are foods that might not fit your calorie deficit needs to lose weight. Make sure you're tracking everything you eat, and your exercise! Cardio really worked for me, and I didn't usually eat back my exercise calories like MFP builds out.

    Motivation for me was how I would look in pictures on my wedding day. Keep that in mind when you're feeling a binge craving coming on.
