Hi my name is christine im 33 and i am looking to better myself and lose weight I recently just got over a heart attack it runs in my family my mom also died of a heartattack so I take this to better myself and feel more secure about myself.

    welcome christine ! im also in the same boat although i am a bit older than you , my mom also died of a heart attack at the age of 56 . So youre doing the right thing , you can find a lot of encouragement and support here :)

    I'm sorry for the loss of your mother and to hear of your heart attack..you came to the right place tho for support and motivation.. my mother died of heart issues when I was 2 1/2 yo and I did inherit her diabetes so I can relate to you a bit..feel free to add me as a friend, my name is Jodi :-)
