    I'll be your buddy, too! I'd like to lose 30 lbs. My focus date is 2/15/20, as it is my 45th birthday and the day we go on an 8 day cruise! I was doing really well earlier this year but summer just threw that out of the window!

    This is my first participation on any board. I too need a buddy!
    My weight is about 175, my goal is 155-160

    I use Isagenix which I like but I'm not consistent--with any thing.
