my name is julie I am been tried to loose weight I need to loose weight
my big problem is the right time and the right amount meal
what to eat and what not to eat
I read a lot and everyone said something different
Like don't eat fruit, to much sugar them I hear eat fruit there are healthy I a going crazy in what I am reading
eat avocado .. don't eat avocado , count your calories .... you do not need count calories
I need help please

To start weight loss you need to have a calorie deficit. To lose one pound of body fat you will need to burn 3500 calories. Also cut back on your carb intake. Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water.0
