Go to "My Home" then "Goals" and you should be able to adjust some stuff like calories and macros. I usually end up using the wizard to fix up both my "starting weight" and the calories.

Set the loss rate per week, choosing a reasonable amount.

For example, if you have over 100 pounds to lose, you can choose 2 lbs/week.

If you have 15 pounds to lose, choose 0.5 lb/week.

After you choose, the rate, mfp will set your calorie allotment.

Also remember that you may need to adjust it again after every 10ish pounds you have to lose (assuming you have more than that to lose).

Is there a reason you are not planning on sticking with the MFP number? For most people it is a good starting place.

Trying to just add calories given to me by doctor. I won’t change them until he tells to. Thanks for your feed back.
