it's hard to focus on losing weight when your loved one is no longer with you.

My mom passed away and it's a toll on me.

I thought I was strong but I can't help it....

I just don't want to spiral down to depression.

I miss her a lot. :(

Sorry to hear that. My condolences, my mama passed away also A couple of years ago and it was super difficult. You have to focus on wat she would have wanted for you. Keep your head up

I’m so sorry to hear that, I’ve been there, I lost both my parents within 11 weeks of each other, it’s the hardest thing you will ever go through, it does get easier, but it take time. Your mum wouldn’t want you becoming depressed over her, think of the good times and think about what she would want for you. I had lost almost 5 stone when I lost my mum and I must admit I ate my feelings and started putting the weight back on, I got myself back in gear when I remembered how proud my mum was of me losing the weight and the thought of her being proud of me was enough for me to get my head back in the game. Don’t be hard on yourself it’s a horrific time you are going through you need time to heal, will be thinking of you, sending hugs x
